HOW – Hotel Operations Weekend

The 8th edition of Europe’s top hotel operations conference will be the festive Christmas edition and it will showcase more than 20 diverse topics tailored for hospitality professionals and experts from related industries. These topics will explore various hotel departments, including the Tech Department, Sales and Marketing, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Revenue Management, while also placing a significant emphasis on sustainability.

RE:D which stands for Real Estate Development is a two-day conference dedicated to real estate investment in the region. Our mission is to unite and empower key actors for future investment opportunities in the vibrant real estate market. RE:D serves as a dynamic platform for industry professionals to come together, exchange global ideas, and explore emerging market trends. The first edition of the conference took place in February 2024 in Zagreb and gathered over 300 participants and over 250 of the most important companies in the industry.

HOW festival

HOW (Hotel Operations Weekend) Festival is the leading gathering for experts from Southeast Europe with a focus on "presenting best world practice and global trends in hotel operations". The Festival is aimed at middle managers, managers of operations in larger hotel companies as well as hotel directors in individual facilities. Panel participants are regional and international experts, focusing exclusively on global trends that aim to increase the quality of hotel operations. HOW takes place every year at different location and gathers more than 500 participants yearly. Beside professional education, within the programme, we dedicate great attention to networking, team building and party during which our participants can enjoy and relax.

Adria Hotel Forum


Adria Hotel Forum was founded in 2013 to gather international and regional experts to discuss potential developments and investments in the hotel industry. Some of the companies that supported AHF through the years were Hyatt International, InterContinental Hotels, Hilton Worldwide, Colliers, Starwood International, Accor, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Corinthia Hotels, Horwath HTL, and many others. In addition, one of the main goals of the Forum was to bring the international investment funds to the region. In 2019, AHF was acquired by the leading international hospitality event organizer Bench Events.
