Hotel Operations Weekend


HOW (Hotel Operations Weekend) Festival is the leading gathering for experts from South East Europe with a focus on "presenting best world practice and global trends in hotel operations.". The Festival is aimed at middle managers, managers of operations in larger hotel companies as well as hotel directors in individual facilities. Panel participants are regional and international experts, focusing exclusively on global trends that aim to increase the quality of hotel operations. HOW takes place every year at different location and gathers more than 500 participants yearly. Beside professional education, within the programme, we dedicate great attention to networking, team building and party during which our participants can enjoy and relax.

Every crisis is a time for innovative solutions. We quickly adapted to the newly emerging global situation in 2020 and transferred the HOW Festival to Online format, thus confirming once again to continue we support our own partners, clients and employees and in this unusual and demanding age. We organised first HOW Festival Online in May 2020 which was a great success, thus continuing with second HOW Festival Online in November 2020.

Days of Oris Online


Days of Oris is an international architectural festival organized by the magazine Oris from Croatia, which has been held since 2001. Every year it gathers more than 2,000 participants – architects and professionals from related fields. So far, more than 300 top experts and speakers from all over the world, have participated in the Festival. The world’s most prominent architects, winners of the largest architectural awards and recognitions, have had their lectures at the Days of Oris. As 2020 is special in many ways, so are the jubilee 20x20 Days of Oris. The Festival program included 20 lecturers by speakers from all over the world.
